My Chinese client did not want to have any flowers on the glass top table for practical reasons. In lieu of a table centerpiece, I created instead a pair of free-standing arrangements flanking the built-in buffet cabinet in a niche. The bronze mirror highlights the different textures and creates a fuller arrangement. The feeling of the arrangement is yin yang.

The mix arrangement of silk and dry flowers flows out of a large glass jar. The colors of the arrangement blends with the duvet cover of the bed.

To soften the break of materials, I made a corner arrangement behind the built-in bed. The blue-gray mirror makes the arrangement look fuller. I used dried bamboo, eucalyptus, baby's breath mixed with blue silk cymbidiums.
