For a guest bedroom in Las Vegas, the room did not look quite complete without a touch of flowers. So I made an "ikebanaish" silk arrangement behind the bed niche. The forms and colors of the arrangement blends silently with the color scheme of the room.

In a granite floored hallway, again in Las Vegas, the space between the painting and the Thai manuscript box on a granite ledge needed something to fill the void. Here, I used an elongated boat-shaped wooden container for a simple arrangement of yellow fricias sprouting from a field of golden stone and pebbles. The arrangement harmonizes with the other decorative elements.
