In my gallery in Hong Kong, I created a shallow niche around the windows for additional display. For this vignette I raised the blue ceramic vase with an clear acrylic box to accomodate the bronze bust of a girl. I used purples, violet, dark blue and white silk orchids of various variaties.

The free style arrangement in a cylindrical glass vase looks casual yet femininely elegant. This style of arrangement does not use any foam to stick the materials into. The stems are placed in the vase to look neat while securing the flowers in place. Below is a center arrangement of small and delicate silk blooms, massed in a large celadon dish. The texture and shades of colors created by different small flowers are visually pleasing. It takes a lot more dexterity to produce small handwrapped silk flowers. Below, top view of the arrangement in a dish.
