CHINA as a country is probably one of the more difficult countries to collect because of the many local telcos operating all over China. There were more than 50 local post and telecommunication bureaus or companies who issued phonecards,which could be used within its city or province,or even only in its district. But they all stopped to issue phonecards since 1997 with the exception of Guangdong province.
