Liaoning Province, Shenyang City
In March 1992, the Telecommunication Office of Shenyang City issued 2 cards commemorating the opening of public magnetic card telephone in Shenyang City. These cards are valued at RMB10 and 20 and bear the pictures of Fu Ling Memorial and the Shenyang Telecom Building. In July the same year, the cards having the same pictures were issued with values RMB50 and 100. Circulation is 20,000 each.

Jilin Province
In July 1992, the public magnetic card telephone was opened in Changchun, Jilin and Yanji for the first time. The Post and Telecommunication Administraton of Jilin Province issued 4 telephone cards for Huadan Beer. Circulation is at 100,000 each.

Kunming City, Yunan Province
1993, the Telco Office of Kunming City issued a 5 card-set to commemorate the opening of public magnetic card in the city. These cards have values at RMB10, 20, 50, 100 and 200 with scenic pictures of Yunan province. Circulation is 20,000 sets. See ITC magazine issue 10 p.60

Shandong
In August 1993, the Shandong Telecommunication Bureau issued its first set of cards. These cards have values at RMB10, 20, 50, 100 with scenic pictures Shandong province. See ITC magazine issue 17 p.41
