International Phonecard Exhibition'93
To commemorate the First International Phonecard Exhibition in Hong Kong, International Telephone Cards Collecting commissioned special phonecard issues in a number of countries one of which is China. The RMB20 phonecard shows a pink lily. With souvenir holder.

This card was given away free in 1994 by the Hong Kong Telecom to promote their IDD services. This card is not sold to the public and can only be acquired from the promotion. The set consists of three cards but two are missing.

2nd Issue, Roses
At the end of 1992 The Post and Telecommunication Administration of Luoyang City issued a two-card set in RMB20, and RMB50 values with pictures of roses. Circulation is 40,000.
