In March 1993, the Post and Telecommunication Administration of Shanghai issued 2 Special Edition Phonecards to celebrate the Year of the Cock. The cards shows one of the traditional crafts in China, paper cutouts. The set consists of RMB20 and RMB100. Printing quantity is 40,000 sets. See ITC issue 8 p.29
