In October 1992, the Urban Districts Telephone Office of Tianjin City issued 10 cards in one set to commemorate the opening of public magnetic card telephone. The cards shows Tianjin sceneries and the construction achievements of the city in the recent years. Circulation is 250,000 each.

Rmb.50 Shanghai First Issue Shanghai City, First Card
In September 1992, the Post and Telecommunication Administration of Shanghai City issued a telephone card to commemorate the opening of public magnetic card telephone in Pudong New Area. The card with RMB50 face value illustrates the Yangliuqing Spring Festival Painting "9 Phoenix Facing the Sun." Circulation is 200,000.

Rmb.20. Jiangsi 1st Issue Jiangxi Province
In May 1993, the Post and Telecommunication Administration of Jiangxi Province issued 11 telephone cards in two sets. The first set of 5 cards illustrates the "West Chamber" stamps superimposed on pictures of Mt. Lu that faces the great Yang Tze river. Three cards of the set have face value of RMB20 while the rest is in RMB50 and 100. Circulation is 30,000 sets.

Rmb.20. Lotus Zhejiang Province, Hangshou City
In May 1992, Telecommunication Office of Hangshou City issued 3 telephone cards to commemorate the phonecard service in the city. These cards respective have face values of RMB20, 50 and 100 illustrating sceneries in Hangshou City. See ITC magazine Issue 10 p.60. Single card RMB50 and 100 face values missing.
