To commemorate and preserve this Han Dynasty legend, a complete set of Animal Zodiac phonecards is being issued for twelve consecutive years starting with the Year of the Monkey, 1992. The festival focuses on the shinning harvest moon which at this time appears brighter than at any other time of the year.
